By using Reviso, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the app or website.
2. About Reviso
Reviso is a study and revision reminder app that helps users add studied topics and receive spaced repetition-based revision reminders.
3. User Accounts
You may need an account to use cloud backup, sync, purchases, or premium features. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
4. User Content
You own the topics, notes, subjects, and study data you add to Reviso. You grant Reviso permission to store, process, and sync this content only as needed to provide the service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Reviso, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service functionality, reverse-engineer protected parts of the app, upload unlawful content, or use the app for harmful activities.
6. Free Tier and Paid Plans
Reviso may offer a free tier with up to 100 topics. Paid options may include a topic wallet pack such as ₹100 for +100 topics, or an unlimited monthly subscription such as ₹49/month. Pricing and availability may change over time.
7. Payments and Refunds
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers or app stores. Refund eligibility depends on the payment platform, applicable laws, and Reviso’s refund rules at the time of purchase.
8. Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription, it may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are responsible for managing cancellation through the platform where you purchased the subscription.
9. Notifications and Revision Accuracy
Reviso provides revision reminders based on app logic and user data. We do not guarantee academic results, exam performance, or perfect reminder delivery, as notifications may depend on device settings, battery optimization, internet connectivity, and operating system behavior.
10. Service Changes
We may update, modify, pause, or discontinue parts of Reviso to improve the product, maintain security, comply with law, or support business operations.
11. Intellectual Property
The Reviso name, logo, design, software, website, and related brand assets are owned by Reviso or its creators and may not be copied or reused without permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reviso is not liable for indirect losses, academic outcomes, data loss caused by user actions, device issues, third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, misuses the service, or creates risk for other users or the platform.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are intended to be governed by the applicable laws of India, unless another jurisdiction is required by law.
